At Salejano, we believe in circular thinking. Instead of storing or destroying returned items, we ensure they reach people who can use them. Every returned item is carefully processed and given a second life through our partners.

This is how it works:
1. Email us within 30 days at info@salejano.nl
2. State your order number and reason for return.
3. You will receive the return form and the return address from us
4. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 30 working days.
Would you rather not return it?
Don't feel like returning it or it feels like a waste? We're happy to help. In many cases, you can keep the product and still receive a (partial) refund.

Return Policy
- The product must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition
- Labels and tags must be attached
- Original packaging and any accessories must be included
- Products such as lingerie or earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- We cannot process returns without a return form.
Postage costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a shipping method with track & trace . Send your tracking link to info@salejano.nl so we can track your return.
