When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it will take some time to process On average, 2 to 4 business days. The average delivery time is then 4-11 business days, calculated from the time your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and transportation costs and offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and may vary.

Track & Trace Code
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

How do you cancel your order?
At Salejano, we understand that you can change your mind. That's why we offer the option to cancel your order within 5 minutes, free of charge. This gives you the flexibility to make changes before your order is processed.

Please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order at info@salejano.nl.

Please state your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel the order.
We will confirm your cancellation and ensure that your payment is refunded.

Please note: After 5 minutes, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can use our returns policy once you have received the product.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Occasionally, an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the email with your track & trace code.

If you haven't received anything within three days of the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@salejano.nl. We will then investigate your order. While we do our best to prevent delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.
