Retourbeleid

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Request the returns form and our reply number via our customer service and send the completed form with the shipment.

If the return form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send a message to info@salejano.nl to request a return form. This form will be sent to you by email.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned, such as products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken. These products are clearly marked on the product page.

Condition of the Product

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in good condition and have labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if upon inspection it appears that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

Costs of Return Shipping

The shipping costs for returns, both within and outside the Netherlands, are borne by the customer. Make sure you check the Track & Trace information to info@salejano.nl so that we can track the return shipment.

Refunds

As soon as the product has been received and checked by us in good condition, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it will take some time to process average 2 to 4 business days. Then the average delivery time is 4 -11 business days, calculated from the moment your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and transportation costs and to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and can vary.

Postage costs
Shipping is free for all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping within our delivery area.

Track & Trace Code
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

How do you cancel your order?
At Salejano we understand that you can change your mind. That is why we offer the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, at no extra cost. This gives you the flexibility to make changes before your order is processed.

Please state your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel the order.
We will confirm your cancellation and ensure that your payment is refunded.
Please note: After 12 hours the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can use our returns policy once you have received the product.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Sometimes it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the e-mail with your track & trace code.

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@salejano.nl. We will then start an investigation into your order. Although we do our best to prevent delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

Return costs if order is not collected
If your package is delivered to a collection point because you were not at home, it is important that you collect it within the specified period. If you do not collect the package and it is returned to us, the costs for returning it will be charged to you. These costs may consist of the shipping costs and any administrative costs for processing the return shipment.
