Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return a product, you can always contact us at info@salejano.nl. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the product is in good condition. Please ensure that the product is complete with its original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are clearly marked on the product page.
If the product does not meet your expectations or has any defects, please send us an email stating the reason for the return and include photos of the product. We will provide you with the correct return form.
Important:
If the return form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a message to info@salejano.nl to request a return form. This form will be sent to you via email.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken. These products are clearly marked on the product page.
Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in good condition with original tags and labels attached. The product should show no signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if, after inspection, they appear to have been used or damaged outside of our responsibility.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that you send the Track & Trace (T&T) information to info@salejano.nl, so we can track the return shipment.
Return Address
Returns must be sent directly to our supplier outside the Netherlands. After registering your return via info@salejano.nl, you will receive the exact return address. We strongly advise using a track & trace shipping method for safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product in good condition, it will be either exchanged or refunded within 5 business days to your bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@salejano.nl.
