Is your order not quite what you expected? Don't worry: at Salejano, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt , as required by law. But with us, returns are more than just a standard process – your choice makes a direct impact.

Your return matters
At Salejano, we believe in circular thinking. Instead of storing or destroying returned items, we ensure they reach people who can put them to good use. Every returned item gets a second life through our partners. This way, you contribute to less waste and a greater social impact.

This is how the right of withdrawal works:

1. Notification: Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase by emailing info@salejano.nl . Please include your order number and name.
2. Returns: After you notify us, you have 14 days to return the product. We'll provide you with the return address and, if desired, the return form .
3. Refund: We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of your cancellation notification . We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or you have provided proof of return (whichever occurs first).

Because we offer free shipping, there are no return shipping costs that we need to refund.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace and keeping your shipping receipt. Send your tracking link to info@salejano.nl so we can easily track your return.

Would you rather not return it?
Don't feel like returning it or it feels like a waste? We're happy to help. In many cases, you can keep the product and still receive a (partial) refund.

Return Policy
- You may unpack and try on the product as you would in a store.
- Tags and labels may be removed to try on or inspect the product, just like in a store. If products are used or damaged, or if tags and labels are missing, making the item less resalable, this may result in a reduction in value, which we will deduct from the refund amount.
- The product does not have to be in its original packaging, but ensure proper packaging to prevent transport damage.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. lingerie or earrings with a hygiene seal).
- Custom-made or clearly personalized products.
