When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it will take some time to process average 2 to 4 business days. Then the average delivery time is 4 -11 business days, calculated from the moment your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and transportation costs and to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and can vary.
Postage costs
Shipping is free for all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping within our delivery area.
Track & Trace Code
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
How do you cancel your order?
At Salejano we understand that you can change your mind. That is why we offer the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, at no extra cost. This gives you the flexibility to make changes before your order is processed.

Please state your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel the order.
We will confirm your cancellation and ensure that your payment is refunded.
Please note: After 12 hours the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can use our returns policy once you have received the product.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Sometimes it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the e-mail with your track & trace code.
If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@salejano.nl. We will then start an investigation into your order. Although we do our best to prevent delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.
Return costs if order is not collected
If your package is delivered to a collection point because you were not at home, it is important that you collect it within the specified period. If you do not collect the package and it is returned to us, the costs for returning it will be charged to you. These costs may consist of the shipping costs and any administrative costs for processing the return shipment.

We are happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are clearly marked on the product page.
If the product is not to your liking or there are defects, please send us an email with the reason for return and add photos of the product. You will receive the correct return form from us.

Als je niet tevreden bent met je bestelling of als je een product wilt retourneren, kun je altijd contact met ons opnemen via info@salejano.nl. Wij helpen je graag om het probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
Je hebt het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling deze te retourneren, mits het product in goede staat verkeert. Zorg ervoor dat het product compleet is met originele verpakking en accessoires. Producten die om hygiënische redenen niet geretourneerd kunnen worden, zijn duidelijk gemarkeerd op de productpagina.
Indien het product niet naar wens is of er mankementen zijn, stuur ons dan een e-mail met de reden van retourneren en voeg foto's toe van het product. Je ontvangt van ons het juiste retourformulier.
Belangrijk:
Indien het retourformulier niet volledig is ingevuld, kunnen we de retouraanvraag niet in behandeling nemen.
Herroepingsrecht
Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van redenen te annuleren. Om gebruik te maken van je herroepingsrecht, kun je een bericht sturen naar info@salejano.nl om een retourformulier aan te vragen. Dit formulier wordt je per e-mail toegestuurd.
Uitzonderingen
Sommige producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, zoals producten die om hygiënische redenen niet geretourneerd kunnen worden als de verzegeling is verbroken. Deze producten zijn duidelijk gemarkeerd op de productpagina.
Staat van het Product
Om in aanmerking te komen voor teruggave van het aankoopbedrag of omruiling moet het teruggestuurde product in goede staat zijn en voorzien zijn van labels en etiketten. Het product mag geen gebruikssporen bevatten. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om geretourneerde artikelen te weigeren als na inspectie blijkt dat de artikelen reeds zijn gebruikt of buiten onze schuld om zijn beschadigd.
Kosten van Retourzending
De verzendkosten voor retourzendingen, zowel binnen als buiten Nederland, zijn voor rekening van de klant. Zorg ervoor dat je de Track & Trace (T&T) informatie naar info@salejano.nl stuurt, zodat wij de retourzending kunnen volgen.
Terugbetalingen
Zodra het product door ons in goede staat is ontvangen en gecontroleerd, wordt het zo snel mogelijk geruild of wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 5 werkdagen op je bankrekening teruggestort. Je ontvangt een e-mailbevestiging zodra de terugbetaling is verwerkt.
Problemen met Terugbetalingen
Als je na 5 werkdagen nog geen terugbetaling hebt ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via info@salejano.nl.
