When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, the processing time is on average 2 to 4 business days. The average delivery time is then 4 -11 business days, calculated from the moment your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and transport costs and to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and may vary.
Postage costs
Shipping is free for all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping within our delivery area.
Track & Trace Code
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
How do you cancel your order?
At Salejano we understand that you can change your mind. That is why we offer the option to cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, at no extra cost. This gives you the flexibility to make changes before your order is processed.

Please state your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel the order.
We will confirm your cancellation and ensure that your payment is refunded.
Please note: After 5 minutes the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can use our returns policy once you have received the product.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Sometimes it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the e-mail with your track & trace code.
If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@salejano.nl. We will then start an investigation into your order. Although we do our best to prevent delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

If you are not satisfied with your order or if you want to return a product, you can always contact us via info@salejano.nl. We will be happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are clearly marked on the product page.
If the product is not to your liking or there are defects, please send us an email with the reason for return and add photos of the product. You will receive the correct return form from us.
Important:
If the return form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. To use your right of withdrawal, you can send a message to info@salejano.nl to request a return form. This form will be sent to you by email.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken. These products are clearly marked on the product page.
Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in good condition and have tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if, upon inspection, it appears that the items have been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returns are for the account of the customer. Make sure you send the Track & Trace (T&T) information to info@salejano.nl, so we can track the return.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and checked by us in good condition, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
