Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order or if you want to return a product, you can always contact us via info@salejano.nl. We are happy to help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
You have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are clearly marked on the product page.
If the product is not satisfactory or there are defects, send us an e-mail with the reason for returns and add photos of the product. You will receive the correct return form from us.
Important:
If the return form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as products that cannot be returned if the seal has been broken for hygienic reasons. These products are clearly marked on the product page.
State of the product
To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount or exchange, the returned product must be in good condition and be provided with labels and labels. The product may not contain traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if after inspection it appears that the articles have already been used or damaged outside our fault.
Cost of return shipment
The shipping costs for returns are for the account of the customer. Make sure you send the track & trace (T&T) information to info@salejano.nl so that we can follow the return shipment.

At Salejano we consciously opted for one Return location abroad. We do this because we Responsible and sustainable want to deal with returned products.
Instead of having clothes end up on a large pile where it is often destroyed, we give our items one second chance. Our partner carefully processes the returned products and donates them to the local community. This way we really make a difference for people who desperately need it and we prevent unnecessary waste.
We understand that returning abroad can entail extra costs. Yet we hope you have our choice for Sustainability and social impact appreciates. By working together on this initiative, we contribute to a nicer and more conscious world.
After registering your return via our email address: info@salejano.nl, you will receive the exact return address. We recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace for safe shipping.
Repayments
As soon as the product has been received and checked by us in good condition, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the reimbursement has been processed.
Problems with refunds
If you have not yet received a refund after 5 working days, please contact us via info@salejano.nl.
